HEJIN has made recycling initiative towards competitive environmental-friendly product – using our PET crystallization Dryer series. Nowadays, recycled PET has been widely used to produce polyester fibers.  This sorted post-consumer PET waste is crushed, chopped, washed and dried into flakes, pressed into bales, and offered for using.  100% RPET flakes (No need to melt filtering and pelletizing or various treatments) are conveying to the crystallized Hopper on its processing and then on thermal conditions, it appears transparent depending on its crystalline and amorphous structure. Simple and easy operation.

HEJIN PET Crystallization Dryer Series presently is taking about 60% on the PET extrusion market shares in China, also the machines have been exported to UAE, South America, South-east Asia and Russia.  Thus our recycling initiatives ensure that our crystallization Dryer series are reasonably priced and hold good performance.
